Listing Dinners is a service operated by Astronomic Inc., a Texas corporation located at 3300 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78705 ("Listing Dinners," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using listingdinners.com (the "Site") or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Listing Dinners connects licensed real estate agents with a curated network of local ultra-high-net-worth individuals through private dinner events hosted at luxury residential listings. Agents submit listings, and we coordinate events at no cost to the agent. Our guests are our clients — they pay for access to these private events.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional to submit a listing or create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to accept or decline any submission at our sole discretion. Submitting a listing does not guarantee that an event will be scheduled.
By submitting a listing and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Listing Dinners related to your listing submission, event scheduling, and program updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
When an event is held at your listing, we may produce photographs, video, and other content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use event content for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of any content we deliver to you as part of the event package.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Astronomic Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astronomic Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any event. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astronomic Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your listing submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
