Yes. Creating an account and submitting listings costs nothing. We review every submission and consider all properties when planning upcoming events in each market.
Do I pay anything for the actual dinner?
No. The event itself is completely free to you. We cover catering, a staff of nine, professional photography, drone footage, setup, and cleanup — all of it. Your membership fee (if you choose to upgrade) covers your profile visibility and priority consideration, not the event.
How does selection work?
Selection is based on the property, the market, and the timing of upcoming events. Partner and Featured members receive priority consideration, but all submitted listings are reviewed.
What kind of homes work best?
Exceptional properties — typically $3M+, 5,000+ sq ft, with architectural or lifestyle distinction. Estate homes, modern masterpieces, and properties that create a memorable setting for a private dinner.
What does the agent do at the event?
You cohost with us. Our staff of nine runs the entire evening — catering, setup, facilitation. You show up, welcome guests, tour the home, and build relationships. We handle everything else.
